Technical training and apprenticeships
Our expert team have full manufacturer training in the application of a range of roofing systems and products, including, high performance felt roofing, single ply roofing, tiling, slating, hot melt systems and liquid membranes, as well as green roofs, Cedar Shingles and many more materials. ABC Roofing are proud to have employed Five full time young apprentices for 2016, including three Carpenters, one Roofing and one admisistrative. The course will run for two years and the students will have the chance to work on site as well as receiving tuition and training from other organisations such as the CITB.

We are committed to training our team to the national standard required for them to achieve a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card. All of ABC's staff have been successfully DBS checked, and have been trained in other area's including, working at heights, manual handling, and First Aid. Our training supervisor monitors the training our team has completed and has a plan in place for all future requirements. ABC Roofing employ fully trained and qualified site managers, site supervisors and scaffold inspectors. We combine experience with innovation, perfecting lasting methods and encouraging our staff to train in modern roofing techniques, for the benefit of our company and our customers.
